"ZAPP Electric arrived on time and was friendly and professional. The electrician asked us what we needed and explained the options. He then went to work installing the dimmer light and replacing the switch (which required replacing the middle of a three pane switch). We now have exactly the lighting we need to illuminate a new painting we bought for the space. ZAPP Electric also helped us replace an outside electrical box that had been broken for way too long. He kept his work area neat and cleaned up after the work was completed. We received a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was working as expected and ensure that we were satisfied with the results. We will definitely use ZAPP Electric for any future electrical work that comes up."

"We have an older home and were doing some renovation in the utility room and bathroom. We'd gutted the walls to the studs and asked ZAPP Electric to come out and look at the electrical since it was visible. The electrician arrived right away and told us that we had some issues (which wasn't a big surprise). He was here for 4 consecutive days and worked diligently every day (including the afternoon he came out for the initial service call). ZAPP arranged for the electrical permit and our technician was here when the inspector arrived. I thought Rodney was very professional and I was happy to have him in my home. He was very clean, didn't smoke, didn't take long breaks, and didn't leave our job to go back to another one. He asked relevant questions and addressed my concerns - he even volunteered that we had some water in the crawl space (that's another story!). He arrived when he said he would and everything looks great. We feel safer in our home now, and I really love the under-counter lights! ZAPP also offered 12 month, no interest financing which was really helpful for such a big job."

"ZAPP Electric came out to replace an old distribution panel in a home we purchased. From the time we called ZAPP to arrange for an estimate to the final phone call to make payment the company was very professional, respectful of our home and safety and friendly to work with. The electrician also moved a light fixture for us, completed grounding work and removed a lamp post from our front lawn. ZAPP's bid for work came in a bit higher than the other 2 companies that we asked for estimates with, but the lifetime warranty, the electrician's years of experience and professional demeanor provided the assurance of quality that we were looking for. We plan to use this company again in the near future."
