During normal business hours (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) we guarantee that your technician will arrive within the 2-hour window of your appointment.

If we are not on time, you will receive a $49 voucher from Mainstream Electric that can be redeemed for a check or used at the time of service.
